Held by the mountain — a feminine connection retreat in the heart of the Balkan Mountains. Step away from screens and into stillness with a gentle digital detox, daily fasting-supportive practices, guided meditation, Qi Gong and Yin Yoga. Rejuvenate with fresh-water swimming beneath waterfalls, forest bathing, earth-energy healing and voice activation in an authentic Serbian village close to the Bulgarian border.Nourish on juices, smoothies, soups and light bites, with a traditional Serbian feast on the final night. Participate in womans’ circles, Lemurian light-code activation from the Rose Lineage, ecstatic dance and somatic movement. A tender, embodied gathering to awaken feminine energy and deepen connection — held by mountain, water and community.

Izabela Vizin John
Izabella is a interdimensional light worker that travels between the realms and gleans wisdom to help her be the amazing guide back to a path of high vibe connection. Many say that they feel serene in her company and her ability to guide you into a mindset that is in flow with your higher self is something special that Izabella has to offer. We will be treated to a taster of her Lemurian Activation course and delve deep into meditation, movement and moon connection. Izabella has been hearing the need for earth healing and is running another group more focused on this. We will be raising our vibes and then sharing them to the spirit of the mountains for the healing of mother nature.
Katharine Hall
Katharine is an ecologist, someone who studies ecosystems and over the years have incorporated the body, mind and soul into this area of study. Katharine is a student of Izabellas and has become a Reiki Master under her guidance. She has attended mystery schools around the world and is on the healing journey with her learnt crafts such as shiatsu, reflexology, massage etc. She incorporates sound and aromatherapy into her healing sessions, allowing it to be tailored uniquely to the client. She is also known as TheMushroomlady.UK and spends much of her time in the woods with her foraging companion Willowmena to make wonderful medicinal tinctures.
